The villa is located at the world renown Tryall Golf Course and Club, which has been rated by Condé Nast as one of the top places to visit around the globe. As you step outside at Bougainvillea House, the pièce de résistance of the three pristinely landscaped acres is no doubt a sixty foot swimming pool with a gracious and shady gazebo at one end and a children’s wading pool at the other that captures 180 degree panoramic sea views.

The villa includes a Jacuzzi as well as a barbeque grill and drums for jerking chicken or grilling up some lobster or fish. Be sure to ask the friendly staff about dining outdoors while taking in the brilliant ocean view. Home entertainment system, Wi-Fi, baby equipment and golf carts are included for your convenience.

Bougainvillea House is built in classic Caribbean Georgian style, yet discreetly includes every twentieth century luxury. The property’s main verandah extends more than fifty feet and provides a relaxed grandeur. The dining table comfortably seats twelve and ample sofas provide the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views over the large pool with the backdrop of the sea. For more formal occasions, the beautiful dining room with custom made mahogany furniture seats fourteen.

Five splendid bedrooms at Bougainvillea House accommodate up to ten guests. Each bedroom includes air conditioning, en-suite bathroom and flat screen TV with DVD player. The four main bedrooms have private verandahs and sea views and contain king sized or twin beds. The large marble bathrooms are glamorous with indoor and alfresco showers, two sinks and large bathtubs. The fifth large bedroom, ideal for children or adults, contains two double beds, a daybed and sleep sofa.

Membership to the Tryall Club would include access to the championship eighteen hole golf course, tennis courts, fitness center and a beach with cafe.
