The Admiralty Houses, part of the Old Naval Dockyard in Port Royal, were built towards the end of the 1800s to the early 1900s to house senior naval personnel. The site comprises a series of four, two storey semi-detached residences in two blocks of similar design and construction.

Construction material is of reinforced concrete foundations, brick infill walls plastered and painted, timber framed roof covered with aluminum shingles, timber and concrete floors, timber wooden frames with concrete lintel, timber paneled doors and timber batten doors.
